RECENTLY, I was driving along Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling towards Lebuh Acheh for an appointment in Penang. As I passed the Lebuh Armenian junction, I noticed some tourists on a trishaw admiring the intricate architecture of the Yap Temple and the Hock Teck Cheng Sin Temple.
Suddenly, a car came out of Lebuh Armenian and rammed into the trishaw, which tilted to one side but did not overturn.
