WHILE the state government is busy planting trees to beautify Penang island, residents staying in Jalan Batu Ferringhi have reported that more than 100 trees behind Mar Vista Resort were illegally felled.
These angry residents are demanding that the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) take action against the culprits.
