SEVENTY illegal billboards were removed during a seven-week operation by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) but within days, 17 of them were put up again.
MPSP president Maimunah Shariff said the council had identified 70 billboards that had been erected illegally during an operation between Sept 30 and Nov 18.
