KUCHING: Weida Environmental Technology Sdn Bhd (WET) is disposing of its 64% stake in Weidasar Engineering Sdn Bhd for RM200,000 in cash.
The 56%-owned subsidiary of Weida (M) Bhd has entered into a share sale agreement with a non-related party, Kho Kah Hing, for the deal that is expected to be completed within 30 days from Oct 7.
