RESIDENTS of Block Three at Medan Tengku Flats in Jalan Tengku, off Jalan Jelutong in Jelutong, Penang, have three new big steel garbage bins, thanks to Malaysian Indian Muslim Congress (Kimma).

Kimma Jalan Tengku division chairman Abdul Rahman Mydin Shah said the old bins were spoilt and the residents had been expressing their wish for new ones.
