Job promise turns out to be fake for youth

KUCHING: A promise of a job turned out to be a scam for a student , who claimed that he was later robbed in the process of securing that prospect.

The 16-year-old from Muara Tuang here told Simpang Tiga police that he was looking for a job when he was introduced to a friend via an online chat channel.
