SIBU: The Election Court here dismissed with cost a petition filed by SUPP candidate Ding Kuong Hiing over the Sarikei parliamentary seat.
Justice Chew Su Hoe made the order in his one-hour ruling yesterday after allowing a preliminary objection raised by Chong Siew Chang, who acted for third respondent DAP’s Wong Ling Biu.
