WAWASAN Open University (WOU) in Penang will be offering an on- campus programme starting this September.
Its vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Ho Sinn Chye (pic) said the expansion was aimed at school leavers and also diploma holders who wanted to take up full-time studies.
