MIRI: The High Court here has fixed Aug 1 for hearing a petition filed by PKR candidate Roland Engan (pic) to nullify the result of the 13th general election for the Baram parliamentary constituency.
Judge Che Soon Hoo fixed the date for hearing during a closed-door case management meeting on Monday, in which all the solicitors involved in the case were present.
