Building a better car park

THE rebuilding of the ‘Kancil car park’ at the foot of Penang Hill is expected to be physically completed by the end of the year.

Penang Development Corporation (PDC) general manager Datuk Rosli Jaafar said there were several challenges in reconstructing the car park but completion status would not be far from the original timeline.
