KUANTAN: Tens of thousands of people flocked to the MPK2 field here over the weekend for the Jom Heboh carnival, held for the 11th consecutive year.
The stop in Kuantan was the fourth in the country after the previous legs in Pulau Warisan, Kuala Terengganu; Angsana, Johor Baru and Presint 2, Putrajaya.
