EVEN the disabled and special needs people are not safe from robbers, as Lovely Disabled Home director Lum Kok Kiang found out in early March.
“I was at the home with two other special needs people and my mother had come to visit me, when suddenly two men jumped over from the neighbouring wall,” said Lum.
