Perak MCA Youth chief and state executive councillor Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon giving his advices to Form Five and Form Six school-leavers during the 2013 Education Guidance Roadshow at the Perak MCA headquarters in Ipoh last Saturday.
About 400 students from various schools attended the talk on how to apply for education loans and to fill in application forms to continue their tertiary studies at public or private higher learning institutions.
