A total of 236 affordable housing units will be built in Sutera Damansara to help ease the burden of low-income earners while giving them a chance to own a home.
Homeowners will also have access to a host of facilities, including a multi-purpose hall, surau, kindergarten, multi-storey carparks and a management office, among other things.
