AFTER being stalled for nearly seven years, work on the new Kulim Municipal Council (MPKK) complex in Bandar Putra Kulim, Kedah, is finally completed and it will be fully operational by next month.
Council president Mohd Zohdi Saad said construction work on the building, which first started in 2002, hit a snag in 2006 due to financial constraints faced by the council.
