IT appears that there is still some uncertainty about the use of indelible ink in the general election, specifically relating to the procedure of marking it on voters’ fingers.

This much can be inferred from Election Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Yusof’s press conference on Tuesday, when he said that there were certain groups trying to manipulate the use of indelible ink.
