KUCHING: The implementation of the eKasih and 1Azam programmes in Sarawak is being enhanced this year to ensure those living under the poverty line will have a real shot at turning their life around.
The Welfare, Women and Family Development Ministry through the state poverty focus group committee has identified several strategies to better realise the objectives of the programme after a two-day workshop.
