JOHOR BARU: A 13-year-old boy alleged that his discipline teacher caned him in the toilet after he failed to bring his physical education attire because he claimed that the instruction was given out in Bahasa Malaysia.
His father Lim Hock You, 55, said his son Ching Fei, who was enrolled in a Remove Class at SMK Taman Megah Ria, did not understand Bahasa Malaysia and that was why he did not bring along the uniform to school on Jan 14.
