SOME 100 children from Kampung Masjid and Kampung Dodol in Jalan Perak, Penang, were given free haircuts in view of the coming school year.
The free haircut programme ‘Smart For School’ was organised by the Datuk Keramat Pusat Daerah Mengundi (PDM).
