Taken down: The big collection of illegal posters and stickers at the MPPP office
THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) is cracking down on illegal advertisements following the proliferation of such materials on the island.
Its Health Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said that 104,222 illegal advertisements were taken down from March till November.
