Changing times: Lim (right) talked to Marina about how the advertising industry has been advancing of late.

JUST as Margaret Lim, the executive chairman of media and digital communications group Aegis Media Group, walked into the dining room at Menara Star for a Power Lunch session, a phone went off and she joked that she recognised that it was the tone from an Android phone.

She jovially showed us her latest gadgets — the latest smartphone and a sophisticated camera with Internet connectivity. Even though she’s always been tech savvy, Lim takes a light-hearted approach to technology.
