LAWYER Tan Hooi Meng was all dressed up for a wedding dinner at a hotel near the Taiping Lake Garden a week ago but sadly, he never made it home after that.

Two days later, the body of the 45-year-old husband and father of three was found lying face down in a stream near the hotel, which is also near his home in Taman Perak, following a search operation by the police.
