GEORGE TOWN: Pulau Tikus DAP assemblyman Koay Teng Hai was summoned to a party state working committee meeting to explain his absence from the recent state assembly sitting.
It is learnt that he was called up for the meeting last night at the state DAP headquarters in Rangoon Road here.
