KUCHING: The Malaysian Trades Union Congress (MTUC) is handling the complaints by ex-Sanmina-SCI Corporation (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd em- ployees against their alleged unlawful retrenchment by the company.
State MTUC secretary Andrew Lo said their first task was to try to engage in meaningful discussions with the company, ranked 366th on the 2011 Fortune 500 list of the largest public corporations in the US.
