PUBLIC toilets in Penang are being graded in the Penang Cleanest Toilet competition held from now until Nov 23 and one will be named the cleanest.

Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) Public Health Standing Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said the results of the competition, held in conjunction with the Penang Clean Toilets Campaign launched by MPPP on March 5, would be announced on Nov 23, World Toilets Day.
