AS a measure to reduce traffic congestion at Penang Starwalk 2012, participants are encouraged to carpool or take public transport to Penang Times Square for the event.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Gan Kong Meng (pic) urged Starwalkers to travel together to the venue and take advantage of the free bus shuttle services provided by Rapid Penang.
