GEORGE TOWN: The Federal Government should take the lead by having a fixed date for the general election, said DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
Lim, who is also Penang Chief Minister, said he personally felt the move would ensure economic stability and allow the business community to make more consistent plans.
