EFFECTIVE today, all it takes is 24 hours to apply for a new business operating licence for all commercial units which have been identified by the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP).
MPPP Public Health Standing Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said by reducing the processing period, the council would be able to remove the ‘middleman’ cost.
