Elizabeth Deng is state’s first woman pemanca

LONG LAPUT, BARAM: Sarawak has its first woman pemanca in Elizabeth Deng, who was appointed last March.

Her appointment has been described by Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Alfred Jabu as the “right choice to represent the Orang Ulu in Baram” because of her political and social experience.
