IT was pouring on Wednesday evening and I was caught in a jam at Jalan Wan Alwi in Tabuan Jaya when I saw a commotion in front of a shop to the left of the road.
A man was being led away by police and Rela personnel. He had his shirt pulled over his head and his hands were behind his back — it looked like he had been handcuffed.
