Escape plan that can save lives

THICK smoke billowed from the laundry room of Parkroyal Penang Resort where a fire had broken out, injuring three of the hotel workers.

In response, firefighting teams were dispatched from the Teluk Bahang and Bagan Jermal stations followed by teams from the Civil Defence Department and Rela to help in traffic control and to treat the victims respectively.
