Sand-mining thieves are at it again and this time they are digging up a fishing pond in SKC Kampung Timah, Bukit Beruntung.
Officers from the Hulu Selangor Land Office raided the area and detained 17 workers for questioning and placed a notice ordering the removal of the structures.
