RA says no to Soho project in Taman Melawati

RESIDENTS of Taman Melawati, Ampang are unhappy with the revival of the proposed 10-storey Soho (small office home office) development on a plot of land in the K Club.

In 1991, a proposal for a 10-storey hotel on the same plot was strongly objected by the residents. Residents claim the club serves as a recreational area, which is not suitable for high-rise development or commercial use.
