TWO-TIME Commonwealth Games champion Nor Hashimah Ismail played a leading role to win the Langkawi Mahsuri Cup mixed pairs lawn bowls title at the Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) green in Kuah.
Nor Hashimah, 40, who was the 2006 and 2010 Commonwealth Games gold medallist paired up with Zulhilmie Redzuan, 25, to win the coveted title against freshies Nur Amalina Mansor and Suhaizad Zulkifli of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM D) by 23-3 in the finals.
