SOME 300 guests from the Cerebral Palsy (Spastic) Children Association of Penang, SIMA Handicapped Centre and Penang Home for the Infirm and Aged were feted and entertained at a high tea organised by Jelutong Barisan Nasional.
The guests tucked into a spread that included local favourites like crispy fried chicken while enjoying special song and dance performances at the event organised at the association in Green Lane.
