LIMBANG: A tea manufacturer, who apparently had no regard for the law, was slapped with a hefty fine by the Sessions Court here after it was found to have supplied tea tainted with colouring.
Sessions Court judge Caroline Bee Majanil found the company, Gold Leaf Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, guilty in two cases committed in Limbang and Lawas, and fined it RM10,000 or six months’ jail for each of the offences.
