KUCHING: Datuk Abdul Ghafur Shariff has vowed to adopt consensus-driven decision making in the state Public Service Commission (PSC), which he is now heading.
He believes the only way to really reform the state PSC is willingness to make a broad decision and then let that decision be agreed and changed by all board members and not just one person.
