KUCHING: Students need to be given an ambitious vision of the future in order to meet the state’s requirement for quality human capital, Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud said.
He said Sarawak was now recognised as a possible site in the region for high-energy industries because of the availability of hydropower.
