GEORGE TOWN: The investigation report on the recent disruption of the RM73mil upgraded Penang Hill funicular train service due to a mechanical failure is expected to be wrapped up soon.
A copy of the report would then be given to the Tourism Ministry before the findings were made public, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng told a press conference.
