SALLY HANSEN was reintroduced to Malaysians in a funky and chic style during a re-launch celebration.
Guests were treated to a manicure pampering session to discover the secrets of attaining salon-perfect nails at home in three simple steps.
The nail professionals revealed that Sally Hansen’s elemental three-step routine — shape, treat and colour — allows any woman to create salon-perfect nails in the comfort of her own home.
With Sally Hansen’s state-of-the-art applicators and tools for shaping, groundbreaking nail enhancers like strengtheners for treating and trend-setting shades for colouring, the experts shared how women can handle their own manicures and pedicures at home and also build nail strength, length and shine — just like a pro at the salon.
StarAsia Malaysia Sdn Bhd chief operating officer Julia Wong shared that this was a trusted brand for many women over the decades.
“We feel that this is the perfect time to reintroduce Sally Hansen’s wide range of flawless nail solutions and nail beauty products to the beauty-savvy and fashion-conscious women in Malaysia,” she said.
In conjunction with the re-launch, invited guests had the opportunity to witness the debut of Out There, a song specially composed by the talented singer/songwriter, Hunny Madu.
Hunny gave a heart-pumping performance of Out There backed by the inimitable “Nail Girls” who lit up the catwalk with their pulsating dance moves and eye-catching manicures.
After the performance, the “Nail Girls”, who wore specially made nail-pocket dresses, offered guests a chance to try out some of the stunning and trend-setting shades that are part of the extensive Sally Hansen range.
Also present at the event was StarAsia Malaysia assistant general manager Margaret Chin, who shared that it was thrilling to work with Hunny.
The young artiste is equally ecstatic to be teaming up with Sally Hansen. Out There tells the story of a young woman who is ready to go out and live life again after she breaks up with her boyfriend. She gets pretty up with the perfect wardrobe, makeup and of course, funky chic nails by Sally Hansen!”
