WAT Puthanimittam in Taman Kemuncak, Ipoh Garden East, celebrated the consecration of its 10m-tall Buddha image with chanting of suttas by monks and a lion dance performance.
The image, made of fibre glass and concrete, took two years to complete with the major part of its construction done by monks.
