Kg Kasipillay folk blame woes on heavy vehicles and shoddy repairs

POTHOLE-riddled roads and floods are the main concerns of residents in Kampung Kasipillay, Kuala Lumpur.

The residents said the bad condition of the roads was caused by heavy vehicles and shoddy repair work.
