VISITORS to the island will not have an excuse to litter any more now that 286 rubbish bins have been placed around the heritage zone, the Esplanade and Gurney Drive.
The bins were placed in these areas in conjunction with the Penang Municipal Council’s Gunakan Saya (Use Me) anti- littering campaign which started yesterday.
