Safer route for buses needed

MIRI: Community leaders here have called on the Road Transport Department (RTD) to open the coastal highway between Miri and Bintulu for passenger buses because there have been too many accidents along the old route.

The coastal highway, 200km, was opened 10 years ago, but until now, the RTD has not allowed buses to use it.
