KUCHING: Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) has slammed the door in Larry Sng’s face and reminded Barisan Nasional component parties that it will not tolerate any interference in its decision.
Deputy president Datuk Joseph Entulu said the party had sacked Sng for insubordination and therefore the door was completely shut on him.
“No political party in the world will accept a member who has been sacked for attempting to topple the president,” he said.
Echoing his sentiments was women chief Senator Doris Brodie who said component parties should not force PRS to do something that would go against the wishes of the majority.
Several other party leaders were emotional in their views about calls to take back Sng, saying the two-term Pelagus assemblyman would not get a second chance.
