Metal guard rail for expressway

THE divider of the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway will soon have metal guard rail stretching 4km to prevent cars from jumping the divider and landing on the other side of the expressway.

Penang Public Works, Utility and Transportation Committee chairman Lim Hock Seng said work on the RM1.2mil project, to be undertaken by IJM Land Bhd, would start after Chinese New Year.
