THE Continuing Education Centre (CEC) of Han Chiang College in Penang is now offering intermediate level Mandarin course for non-Chinese speakers following the success of its elementary programme.
College honorary principal Datuk Dr Cheah See Kian said the programme would be conducted weekly from 3pm to 6pm on eight Saturdays starting tomorrow.
