Short term solutions

Three projects for short-term solutions in flood-prone areas in Jelutong, George Town, will be carried out next year.

“The projects are being implemented while the people wait for the completion of the Sg Pinang Phase II Flood mitigation project which is being held up by the resettlement of residents affected by the project,” Datuk Keramat assemblyman Jagdeep Singh Deo said.
