PUBLIC Complaints Bureau head Datuk T. Murugiah has ordered two plants of a factory in Ijok, Kuala Selangor, to shut down immediately for violating guidelines on buffer zones.
Murugiah visited the glove factory with representatives from the Health Ministry and Department of Environment (DoE) after receiving complaints from residents.
