Black mark for five eateries

THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) has proposed that five eateries be shut down.

In a grading exercise by MPPP from Oct 19 last year to Oct 31, 501 outlets out of 2,000 plus in the council’s jurisdiction were examined for cleanliness and graded either ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’.
